B. 6 rounds run, 5 rounds squat (subbed 53 lb kb goblet squats for back squat); know I scaled a lot and considered adjusting the weight on the back squat, but felt this was a good alternative to still get some good work and challenge.

My legs were sore from those lunges last week until today’s session, see how tomorrow feels : )

Joan …..Goal was to beat Jeremy, so thank you Jeremy for the push even though we are miles away 6 rds +200m +2 squats, I tried for 7 but that clock was moving fast…..almost missed my back on the last round when transitioning from jerk to squat racking, that would have cost me alot….squats were no issue but the running was brutal

Only shoes I use to workout, thanks to you dude there was no way I would have gone past the 6 round solo, the running was getting to me….yeah the altitude problem is getting better but not even close to 100%, I did a mile and a half run this morning and it took me 11:30, I was doing 8:55 to 9:15 in Washington, but I also read that you can never get your performance at the same level of no altitude, your performance will be better once you return to no altitude, only time will tell

It really didn’t seem too bad. I only used a belt on my 175/185 front squats and not at all on the deadlifts. I’m really excited to retest some lifts here in the next few weeks!!

Yup knee sleeves . My right knee has more stability ( and makes less noise ) when I wear them so I’m more confident on my lifts . Makes about 15kg difference . Probably just a mental thing really

Had the pleasure of being dropping in to Invictus today and being coached by our very own Michelle Vieux!!! Which was awesome!!

A. 185-265×1, 245×4

B. 6 + 200m My recommendation, get in your grove and go. Don’t stop and think about those squats, just go. This seemed kinda odd to me, but during the squats is when I actually caught my breath from the run.
