Subbed goblet squats 10kg, 15kg, 20kg
DB Bench, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg
V-Ups as prescribed.

B. 4 min fast on spin bike
only completed 2 Rds of 12 push ups,, 12 box step ups
5 mins fast on spin bike
~15 min.
