Cross country flying for UPT this weekend so I dropped into CrossFit Vertigo and did their WOD.
A. 6 rounds 1min max distance row, 30 sec rest. 1829m total
B. For time 2000m row w/ 10 burpees over the rower at 500, 1000, and 1500m
C. Strictpress 5×5. 95/105/115/120/125
Ugh. Sounds brutal

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but are the jump squats to parallel or is it more similar to a short dip like a push press?
Full squat then explode out of the bottom so your feet leave the floor.
