A very elusive WOD I am usually pretty good at T2Bs but had to break up last rd by 10/5/3/2 rough
Anyone have a better trick to the cadence for DUs I have been practicing SU jumps slow and high so 4 SUs one DU or two SU one DU some pointers.
Try to start taking out singles. So single, single, double. Then single, double. Then double, double, etc. You have to get used to going right into the next aggressive wrist flick when stringing together doubles.
