Using our “Mind Muscle” Video Playlist as a guide:

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Yesterdays Wod done with 500m row
I was a set of pushups and pull-ups away from finishing 4 rounds.

Fun workout for the weekend!

It was a hard decision to do this workout or the one I did today. You did outstanding Mike!
I am feeling better..just a lot of nasal crude..probably because I’ve been burning the candle at both ends due to long work hours and school going back into session. On vacation (stay cation) this week..hopefully a chance to get caught up on things. And by “things” I mostly mean sleep!!

Couple days away with sickness and taking a day with my daughter to the Bloomsburg, PA fair. Back at it with Sunday (not so fun) Funday Sept 22, 2022 WOD For Time – 34:47 44 Cal AB – 4:22 20 G2OH @ 95# – single C&J 20 Front rack alt rev lunges @ 95# – 12/8 1000m Ski Erg – 4:45 20 Front rack alt rev lunges – 14/6 20 G2OH – single C&J 1000m Row – 4:42 ***G2OH was definitely the worst and slowest part!
