Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 12 reps
Box Jumps x 12 reps
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 9 reps
Box Jumps x 9 reps
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 6 reps
Box Jumps x 6 reps
Run 600 Meters

A. 135# for all 4 sets
Ring rows 12, planks completed.
B. used 40# DB and 24″ box
Forgot to stop the stopwatch – but think i was around 7:30.
