Warm-Up.

One set of:
“General Running Warm-up”
Approximately 50 feet each of:
High Knees
Over-the-fence, forwards
Over-the-fence, backwards
Bunny Hops
Suicides, remain forward facing throughout

Followed by…

Two sets of:
Curtsey Lunge with Kettlebell Goblet Hold x 12 reps (6 per side)
Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift x 12-20 reps

Then…

A.

Five rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
20 Box Step-Overs with Kettlebell (24″/20″; 24/16 kg)

I workout a day behind for planning purposes so I know what equipment to bring to work. 28:20 w 70# KB for swings and step overs. Step overs done on bench instead of 24” box.

All round UB. Kept KB on my shoulders for step overs and switched sides every 5.

Then did 6 RNFT
5 strict PU
5 push ups
5 dips

Went to the track today to do this workout, but there was a football game going so we ran the perimeter of the baseball field for our 400s. Not sure of the actual distance:

20 KB OH lunges (24/16kg)(switching arms at 10)

Just says with KB..so you can hold it however you feel is best for you.
