One person rest while the other does the WOD? Then you run together?

Love the Saturday WODs cause the wife and I get to WOD together.
Got 4 Rds and 40 Wall balls. Split even on reps between the two of us. Constant movement, our 100 meter track has hills on both ends so lost a little time, but good workout. Last 4 minutes was tough.
Wall balls (20/16 lbs) 15/15/10/10
KBS (53/35 lbs) 20/20
Burpees 10/10/5/5
Pull ups 10/10
Run together

Hey! I actually did this one with a partner. We used a 32kg KB and did a combination of American and Russian swings.

4 Rounds + 100 reps

My Husband and I (27 weeks pregnant) 4 Rounds
I did ring pull ups. We had to hull butt to finish the last 100 m in time. Fun workout. Thanks!

Good job! I was happy to see 25 min mark too. The last 5 min were brutal!

So true! On my last round of burpees going into pullups, I was getting a little pukey feeling!

This looks like such a fun workout. Smooth is fast in this one guys. Maintain communication with your partner and have some fun! Time will be saved in the transitions. Best of luck and happy Saturday =)
