I figured out chest to bar with 2 words…”False Grip” 😉 Can’t string together or anything but I can at least do 1 without looking like a monkey humping a football!
Always strive to use that pseudo false grip with the big knuckles on top of the bar and the big knuckles facing the ceiling. It shortens the distance from the access of rotation being the shoulder, and puts the bar in the palm rather than the finger tips which helps with a stronger pull.
