In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
20 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
20 Toes to Bar

*Partners can divided up the cleans and toes to bar however they’d like, but only one partner works at a time. The only exception to this is on the run, in which case both partners are running together and must stay within arm’s reach.

Made my husband do this with me.
Finished 3 rounds and about a 150M run.
Rx’d The weight and movements.

A. Mixed this with one from earlier in the week.
4 rounds for times: 400m run, 20 wall ball #20, 20 T2B. 3:58,3:44,4:34,4:08. Wheels fell off on third round
B. 10 rounds for time: 5 strict HSPU, 10 Airdyne cal, 10 DB snatches #55.

How I wish I could do this one. I love cleans…Did bench for the 3rd time this year since it’s a movement I can still do…

Did this solo but did 10 of each exercise with 1:1 work to rest.

Then ended up joining the class I was coaching because it was a partner workout

A.1: Db walking lunges, decided to go with single arm OH since I need to work on OH stability. 10 steps per side: 40#-45-50
A.2: max strict pull ups: 12-10-10
B. 6 sets for max reps of thrusters 95# and BJO 24″ with 30s rests
Thrusters: 10-10-10-8-8-8
BJO 14-14-14-14-14-18
C. 6 min plank

Up and at it sooo early…I’m still on my first cup of coffee! That’s some heavy stuff on those lunges…kinda wished I had done single arm over head. Nice consistent work on B…18 bjo on the last round is ridiculous! Great week Joey!
