20 Toes to Bar
*Partners can divided up the cleans and toes to bar however they’d like, but only one partner works at a time. The only exception to this is on the run, in which case both partners are running together and must stay within arm’s reach.
Made my husband do this with me.
Finished 3 rounds and about a 150M run.

Up and at it sooo early…I’m still on my first cup of coffee! That’s some heavy stuff on those lunges…kinda wished I had done single arm over head. Nice consistent work on B…18 bjo on the last round is ridiculous! Great week Joey!
