A.
Three sets of:
Back Squat x 8-10 reps @ 30X1
Rest 60 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Supine Ring Rows x 10-12 reps @ 2111
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
20 Calories of Assault Bike
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with KBs or DBs

My knee was feeling a little wonky so took it slower.
A. 185/185/185 x 10
KB swings with 55#
12/12/12 for rows (that tiny pause at the top is hard)
B. We have a standard exercise bike in the Y, but it counts calories. used 25# DB, 4 rounds + 4 calories.

Thanks! I think its just getting a little tired (turn 39 this weekend) and i had been neglecting my recovery work.
