In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 400 Meters or Row 500 Meters
5 Pull-Ups
10 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
15 Kettlebell Swings
Only one partner may be working on the triplet at a time, and the other partner will either be completing the run or row. Partners will switch tasks once the running/rowing partner returns.
My husband and I did a similar WOD today. (Sunday)
We did partner Cindy.
One person runs while the other does rounds and then you switch.
We got 23 rounds + 15 reps. We were happy with that, but I was DEAD!
Solo so I made it a 5:00 EMOM
500 m Row
5 pull-ups
10 Thrusters 75# ouch after round 3
15 KBS w/ 45# plate
6 complete rounds but by round 5 I had 22 seconds to spare
Rx w/ the wife: 7 + 200 meters for me (all unbroken), 7 for her.

Day behind A1. Weighted pull ups @ 20X1 10#x4, 15×4, 20×3, 25×2 (second one may have been a no rep..not sure if chin was totally over bar) A2. Good morning…day behind, so I did yesterday’s workout.
A1. 30#/4 all sets at tempo
A2. 20#/6 then 30#/6 all sets
B1. 4+7 wb (97 total) Rx
B2. 6+10 v-ups (190 total) Rx
Done with my wife. She did Rx (500m row, pullups, 55# thrusters, 35# KB), I subbed 55# DB walking lunges for thrusters(500m row, strict pullups, 53# KB) . My left hip is tender after Thursday nights soccer and the squat motion aggravated it.
We took 30:37 to complete 12 full rounds, 6 each or 6000m total rowing.

Didn’t even try to keep track during this.
The misses did banded pull-ups, 55# thrusters, and 35# kbs.
I did ring rows, single arm kb thrusters @35# (5 each side), and 55# Russian kbs.
We both rowed instead of running.
Playing with 1 sided stuff subbed for regular movements.
