I didn’t have anything left in the tank after the deadlifts so I scaled down what I had planned on.

Rowvember (Day 12) “1/2 of a 1/2” 400m / 200m / 400m / 200m / 400m / 200m / 400m / 200m Rest 1 min between intervals / 400m @ 30spm and 200m as fast possible 148m/23cal/30spm, 48m/13cal/36spm 143m/24cal/30spm, 48m/13cal/36spm 142m/24cal/30spm, 48m/13cal/37spm 144m/24cal/30spm, 49m/12cal/36spm ***Looks fairly consistent to me..not sure what that means.
