A.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

First of all congrats to coach Jared Enderton at regionals!

I Had to mis Fran Friday due to waking up with a bunch of crud in my lungs.. back to about 80% today so I took a slow and steady approach to Linda with only two barbells. (Used 1 for bench and cleans, and 1 for deadlift)

Linda Bodyweight 183#

Deadlift 275
Bench Press 185
Squat Clean 135

Now to mow the yard and hopefully back to full speed to start the week!

How did you break this up? Restwise

I just went unbroken on each movement and rested in between movements. With only two barbells there was a bit of rest built in. I was moving pretty slow at about 80% effort, last time I did it was about 10mins faster.

Run – 6.19 miles – 57:43 (9:19 Pace)
Not breaking any records on this one…but so glad to be able to be outside running. Lower back and glutes were on fire most of the time…thank you BSS! Looking forward to improving on this throughout the summer!
