Did this alone so i did half (exept running) and from 3 round i was using abmat for strict HSPU. C2B was preety good till 9 round when i damage my hands so i needed to switch to ring rows to finish.

Did 1400m row and then the 12 rounds Rx. 23:52. Just a good grinder!
Did this solo in my garage. Modified a bit as it’s too hot to run outside and the 8 C2B scared me!

Ripped my hands up on CTB – My ring finger must pull the hardest, because that’s the spot that went first.

No partner today and went rogue a little so skipped the posted wod. A. BSS week 2: 30# (same as last week) 20reps/leg for 4 sets. Somehow it didn’t feel as bad as last week. Love it B. 100 abmat sit ups for time: 3:15. Was gunning to beat my cousin’s score last week and suceeded 😀 C. E2MOM x 8 min, going for 4 BMUs. After the run and the first two rounds I realized my timer wasn’t going. Oh well. Probably about 26-28 minutes. The strict HSPU were easy. A long way from where I started. Pull ups were pretty good until my kipping died after 7 rounds but I have never done 96 that close together. It was fun. We watched the south regional while we worked.
36 min. Adjusted the WOD a bit. 1200m row, 12 rds of: 12 push-ups, 8 Shlukder Press w/ 30lb DBs, 8 pull-ups, and 12 squats. Followed by 1200m row. Went Solo and Didn’t feel like running, so rowed instead. Can’t do HSPU either.
Day behind After watching all of Michele’s videos and the one using a band to assist with MU this is how I attacked today… 3 sets A1. low ring banded strict MU from sitting position w/ green band x 5 using false grip.
