Had to wait and do this until my new Romaleos came in the mail … they’re so fresh!!!

B. “Helen” 10:58 Rx

Not a great time but still felt good about this – everything was UB and paced myself well. My PR is 9:40 but the last time I did Helen it was 14:00+ and I couldn’t feel my arms ;-D

B. Finished Helen 4:34 but I feel like I did something wrong when I look at the other times. Was it supposed to be more than 1 round?

Just wanted to share since I’ve never had the pleasure to witnessed…but Odette and I walked into American Iron gym today, a hardcore old school gym, and saw an athlete deadlift 805 lbs while blood was coming out of his nose….now that was just ****king AWESOME!!!!!! The kid was only 21 years old

Strength 5×5, BS already at 135…shoulder press 5/5/3/3/3….deadlift at 140×5

Helen she did with black band and 35lb kb (she moved up 5lbs) 13:33

B. due to heavy rain subbed 500m row for first run and 2:00 air dyne for last 2…finished somewhere around 11min

B. 7:56 rx. PR by 15s. Not sure how to do this any faster except to run faster.

I’ve seen 7:15-7:20 but it was on a track with the pull-up bar right there one end so there was no transition. It would be tough in a normal set-up. Nice work!

A- 102kg 224lb Failed @105 kg 231lb

B – did 1 rd in 2.48 then read the other posts to see its 3 rd so waited and re-did it 10.07 mins
And a 20km round trip on my bike
