Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 – 6 reps @ 65%
*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 90%
*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%

followed by…

One set of:
Back Squat x Max Unbroken Reps @ 87%
(athletes are allowed only on full breathing cycle at the top of the lift – exhale, inhale, brace and descend – once more rest is taken at the top, the set is over)

B.
For time:
40 Wall Ball Shots
400 Meter Run
40 Burpees
400 Meter Run
40 Wall Ball Shots

B. 16:10, had to sub wallballs for 45lb barbell thrusters

A. BS PR = 275 // 180X6, 210*X4, 235X2, 250X2, 260X1, AND THEN 87% 240×4. REALLY TOUGH
B. 9:52 Rx (First WBS set unbroken, Burpees unbroken, last WBS set 20-10-10 with 5 sec rest). THANKS FOR THIS WORKOUT.

Did the first round in 2 sets of 10, the 2nd time I went 10/5/5/10. Not sure if the weight was a good equivalent to a 20# wall ball. What do you think? just right or should I have gone heavier or lighter?
