Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps @ 21X1 (Pause at Mid-Patella)
Snatch Grip, Behind-the-Neck Push Press x 8 reps
Overhead Squat x 8 reps

Then…

A.

Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) of:
4 Wall Walks
100-Foot Overhead Kettlebell Carry (heavy)
40 Alternating Single-Leg V-Ups

B.

Three rounds for time of:
400 Meter Run
20 Kettlebell Swings
10 Strict Pull-Ups
