Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

17.5 – 11:10. Off to Ireland for the week for work, will take some down time and be ready to hit the off season hard when I return.

Did 17.5 today.
14:30 definately not the time i wanted to get me to qualify for the online invitational. I needed in the 12’s.

But ive got a better understanding of what it will take for next year when im 40!!! #40-44 bring it!!!!

Hi every one !!

i did it on friday

i want to do it emom style

1 round / 1 min

i rest aproxymatly 15sec by round for 7 minute , but after that i explosed like a popcorn …. and i did biiig shiiiit with the DU

i finished in 14′ … lol

redid on monday , would you tell me to break the Thruster 5/4 from the start to keep breathing on DU ?
