I done it in 22:10, i hace a question when it says 15 pull ups can undecided if you do 5 strict and 10 with kipping ? I will appreciate the help
If they are to be made strict, it will be specified. Take a look for example at todays fitness wod

17.5 today. 19:08 rx’d. Very happy with my score I don’t think I could do better. First round of thrusters unbroken then 5-4 all the way. Only missed 2 double unders total. That was rough but glad it’s all done!
I modified this one but I tried to fit in similar movements:

On the plus side, any DU work we do for a few weeks will feel like nothing compared to this

VERY happy with this since in Jan I could only get a 1RM of 125#..thinking I can do better than that now!

@michelevieux:disqus I am hoping you have some suggestions for my plank hold I can do the Prone plank hold…Chinese plank…with or without weights…but I get extremely dizzy and feel as though I could puke. I have tried the 3 min plank hold in the past…and even though I am strong enough to do it for the entire 3 min..I can’t hold it for more than like 90 sec or I feel as though I’ll pass out.
