In teams of two, complete five rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters (partners must stay together)
20 Deadlifts (10 each – 225/155 lbs)
30 Pull-Ups (15 each)

Partners must run together, and may only start deadlifts once both members are back at the barbell.

If they are to be made strict, it will be specified. Take a look for example at todays fitness wod

17.5 today. 19:08 rx’d. Very happy with my score I don’t think I could do better. First round of thrusters unbroken then 5-4 all the way. Only missed 2 double unders total. That was rough but glad it’s all done!

I modified this one but I tried to fit in similar movements:

Part I: EMOM — 15 min (five rounds)

Min 1: 10 Pull-ups
Min 2: DB Overhead Farmers Walk x 35 lb DBs
Min 3: 10 SL Romanian Deadlift x 35 lb DBs

Part II: Rehab — Meniscal Repair Protocol (1 hour)

well done! I’m also still working on my DU and was unsure if I should do the rx version because it will take me forever. But you just inspired me to give it a go on monday!

17.5 rx, 32:04 those DUs!!! I’ll be practicing them every day until I master them! On the funny side: because I was so slow with the DUs, going unbroken with Thrusters was easy 🙂

Dude, you crushed it!

I’ve learnt that sometimes the wods look scarier on the whiteboard, it’s just a matter of mental fortitude to have a go at them.

On the plus side, any DU work we do for a few weeks will feel like nothing compared to this

Wasn’t feeling the deadlifts today so did Wednesday 3-22-17 WO
A. E3M for 15 Bench Press 4-6 reps @ 20X1
90×6, 100×6, 110×4, 115×4, 120×4
VERY happy with this since in Jan I could only get a 1RM of 125#..thinking I can do better than that now!
B. AMRAP in 15min – 5 rounds + 8 HSPU = 188 reps
5 Strict Pull Ups
10 Strict HSPU (I did kipping HSPU at a 1″ deficit)
20 Air Squats
C. EMOM for 6 min
Supine Ring Rows x 8
45s Prone Plank Hold

@michelevieux:disqus I am hoping you have some suggestions for my plank hold I can do the Prone plank hold…Chinese plank…with or without weights…but I get extremely dizzy and feel as though I could puke. I have tried the 3 min plank hold in the past…and even though I am strong enough to do it for the entire 3 min..I can’t hold it for more than like 90 sec or I feel as though I’ll pass out.
