Athletes may only perform push-ups while their partner holds two kettlebells overhead. Teammates may switch as frequently as they’d like.

When I first read this I didn’t think I was going to be able to complete because of the team aspect, but I adjusted and pushed myself! I planned to use 25lb KB but that wasn’t an option so I had to use 35#. Warmed up with 10min on stairs, completed 50 floors. Then put in work.. A. I worked 10 min and did 3 rounds completing 400M each round and holding 2 35lb KBs for 60 to 90 second increments. B. Ran 400M 4:45min and did 3 rounds of 20 reps KB swings using 35# KB.
