Did yesterday’s workout! I would have loved to have done this one but I’m taking my rehab slowly:

B. 6 + 22 (HSPU’s were all unbroken, and had to use a MB to hit depth on the air squat.)

Loved this wod, I tried to do as many full cleans as possible and worked in loads I knew I could handle for the amount of reps prescribed, first 65kgs, then 3 rounds at 70, then dropped to 60 for two rounds. I kept my rowing pace as consistent as I could. Each round took me around 4 minutes to finish.
Total load: 1965 kgs, super short of the 2000 mark.
Wanted to go quick and light today to stay fresh for 17.5:
Each round Row 500m with 5x 135# hang clean and press. All rounds under 2:30.
Thought it would be easy…
I had to sub 25 burpees for rowing.
