–ALTERNATIVE WORKOUT–

Let’s face it…105 Thrusters and Pull-Ups might just not be in the cards for all of us, so we want to provide a fun alternative as well that will still give you a great workout with less than 60% of the volume.

In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, complete a total of 10 rounds (5 each) for time of:
12 Thrusters (95/65 lbs) (or Dumbbell Thrusters)
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (or 8 Strict Pull-Ups)

16:30 – really happy with this considering that the most C2B I have done recently in a workout have been 30! I ripped at the end of round 27 but figured that would happen with the volume of the pull-ups. Great job to everyone!

19.5- 18:53 scaled with regular pull-ups! So happy with this, as I was having a lot of self doubt from the moment I saw the announcement. Had Joey’s words in my ear the whole time, “it’s a marathon, not a sprint!” Thanks ?!!!!!
