85# for the front squats and 65# for thrusters. I think we need to go heavier on the thrusters next time – getting stronger :p

I’m in the process of familiarizing myself with the programming here, so if doing this WOD solo, would I go at a 1:2 work/rest ratio, but complete all rounds and reps?
I believe that would be correct. I did 1:1 just to save time.
Did my half marathon training today instead. 8.1 mile run in 1 hr 5 min. It’s amazing how much slower tight shoulders make you.
29:48 total time. No rower. Subbed 400m run for row and 205# FS. Home by myself. Did 1:1 work:rest ratio. FS and thrusters UB. Would have been a different WOD on a rower. Splits 2:46, 2:50, 3:06, 2:28, 2:34, 2:20
