Five sets of:
Weighted Pull-Up x 2-3 reps @ 21X0
Rest 60 seconds
Front-Leaning Rest on Rings x 60-90 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete five sets each for time of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wall Ball Shots
30 Double-Unders

    Pull ups with 35lbs.
    No training partner so I did the set and rested as long as it took me to do it…1:21, 125, 1:23, 1:24, 1:43 double unders gave me a fit the last round

    A: Round 1 @ 44#, All others @ 35#

    B: 1:13/1:15/1:12/1:12/1:16
    Also had no partner, rested exact time of previous round
