Mobility and Maintenance
Using our Mind-Muscle Video Playlist as a guide:
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Wanted a Sunday Funday workout which started with running, AB, Rowing (on paper), until I jumped on my mountain bike to warm up my legs and map out a mile route for my run…..went back in the gym and did a great WU and decided today was a great day for a bike ride..scraped the paper with the planned workout and took off on the bike!! 13.98 miles – 82 mins. I’m not familiar with biking times..but this was through the town and village and city…so hit many traffic lights…stopped twice for water. All I know is that it felt… Read more »

So, since yesterday was restday…. I did the 27.06. to day. 1. Deads 2 Big Green bands and presses with 1 Big Green band. Replaced the Hang power clean with band High Pull (no DB’s today?) also big green. 3 Rounds 2. Devils Press with one KB 24kg alternating sides each round. 6 Rounds 3. Racked Lunges holding my lill fellows (28 and 27 Kg) in some kind of Rack position ?…. push press with big green…. 2 1/2 Rounds…. DU and Lunges aren’t friends I guse?. 15 Cal AB, Row or Sky, replaced in all rounds with 25 DU… Read more »
