In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
100 Box Jump Overs
Teammates may partition reps however they’d like, but the non-working partner must be in the designated resting position in order for the reps to count torwards their total. Designated resting positions:
Burpees – Dumbbells extended overhead
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead – Hanging from a Pull-Up Bar
Box Jump Overs – Plank from Elbows

Did yesterdays programming today:
A) Stopped @ 140# power clean and jerk. I wanted to squat everything after this. ?
B) 13:58 RX. Singles on CNJs. RX weight of 95# is 76% of my bodyweight. Need to work on cycling heavy(ish) barbells with elevated HR.
I might do a blog post on barbell cycling. It has come up a few times in the comments recently. What’s one thing you struggle with for cycling?
When it’s heavy (95# or more) I want to let go after every rep. I don’t rest, but I do drop it, then pick it back up. During Grace, I do 5s, but it feels like I quickly move to singles. I’m honestly not sure what it is…grip maybe?
Hubby and I did it in 26 minutes. Hot as balls here in Florida!

A: with my gym wife used 30# db for hold (just used 1 and dear GOD, that was hard enough!) 30# for db snatch. Holds on the bar were the worst for me, I always feel like I’m cutting off oxygen to my brain and want to pass out. (Shld mob issue I’m sure)

Felt like working on my snatch. Worked up to a heavy single at 185.
Then me and my wife did the workout together. I used 40lbs and a 24″ box she used 20 lbs and a 20″ box. Finished in 28:16

15:14 with Jared and my bro. Bro worked when I did. We used 45 and 35# dumbells. Also I couldn’t hang on the bar the whole time. And only held one dumbell overhead. Wasn’t sure
Sounds good to me! You could start working in static holds on the bar for supplemental work. They will help your pull-ups! Try some with straight arms and some chin-over-bar.

Did this with 2 girls so we added 50 reps for each movement, one person worked and the other two did the resting movement. 25# DB for OH and g2oh, 20″ box jump.

Did this with buddy at gym used 20lb dbs for overhead hold and 30’s for ground to overhead 24″box 33:00

Did this solo 🙁 so mostly I just plodded though! 16:34 rested through burpees but ended up only holding 1DB overhead (10kg) as arms fried! Then broke GTOH into 10’s (10kg each hand) – hanging from bar after GTOH fried my grip so was tough. Then just did the 50 over box jumps in one, steadily. Sweaty! But enjoyed it.
