Minutes 3-4, 9-10 & 15-16: 45-60 second Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold
Minutes 5-6, 11-12 & 17-18: Alternating Pistol Progressions x 6-8 each leg

B.
Three rounds for max reps/calories:
90 seconds of Rowing (for Calories)
Rest 90 seconds
90 seconds of Push-Ups
Rest 90 seconds
90 seconds of Dumbbell Weighted Box Step-Overs
Rest 90 seconds

A. was me flopping around on the ground. Jk. I suck at roll to candlestick but I did them and then 8 ring dips each round. First handstand hold was nose to wall but that scared the crap out of me by myself in the garage. I was convinced I’d fall over and break my neck. Next two were heels to wall but I tried to keep myself just off the wall. Pistols were me falling backwards onto a box holding a 10 lb dub in front of me.
