Dumbbell Walking Lunges x 20 steps @ 1010
Rest 45 seconds
Plank Hold x 45 seconds
Rest 45 seconds
Strict Pull-Ups x 8-10 reps (partner assisted preferred to band)
Rest 45 seconds;
and then,
As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Push-Ups x 5 reps
Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps
100 Meter Run
