Workout of the Day
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

“Dissecting Kelly”
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jumps (24″/18″)
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs.)

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 Box Jumps, Partner A will perform 30 Wall Ball Shots, and Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.

A. Had to make up for yesterday: Was able to use a 25 for the first 2 rounds of weighted and 4-5 reps per set strict. Worked some negatives at the end.
B. No partner today so completed 4 rounds with pretty close to 1:1 work to rest ratio.
Super awesome week of programming!!!!

Shoulders/arms day

Odette 20 inch box using step up and jump down method, 8 lb ball
Joan RX
5 rds plus 400run/and 50 reps, so 10 reps short of 6 rds
Odette is getting better at wal ball with better form and more unbroken reps

Also Michele question…Odette was using the black and green band for pullups and was able to do 10-12 straight, today we tried the purple and she was doing 2-4, before she was able to do none with purple, I think she should move to the purple now, what do you think?
