A. Bryan (sit-ups vs. burpees) – sit-ups – 32, 30, 30, 30, 32; burpees – 15, 14, 14, 15, 16; box jumps – 20, 20, 21, 21, 23.
Did yesterday’s workout.
A) No clue what 1RM is, so used a conservative 215#. 110/130/155/170/185; then 160×8 for both sets.
B) 9:09 RX. This felt a bit like an Open workout. ?

100 pull-ups with band assist. 5 burpees every 60 seconds to break it up. 15 min cap with 99 pull-ups.
100 thruster with bar. 5 burpees every 60 seconds. 14:10.

Rested way too much between burpees and thrusters, which I did unbroken. Somedays it is just hard to pick up that barbell and go, on a WOD like this alone in a garage. Have a great weekend!
