Close Grip Overhead Squat x 5-7 reps

Followed by…

Every 90 seconds for 4:30 (3 sets):
Snatch Balance x 3

Then…

A.
Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch from 2″ Below Knee
(pause 1-2 seconds in each starting position before snatching)

Build over the course of the 8 sets, starting at around 55-60% of your 1-RM Snatch.

Run 800 Meters
30 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)
Run 800 Meters

Haven’t spent that much time practicing snatch’s so still trying to build it up slowly

Broke the snatch’s down in to 5’s, slowed it down and really tried to work on my technique, some a lot better than others! Legs definitely knew about it towards the end after yesterday BSS!!

Have some serious hip issues (hip replacement candidate), so have to scale anything that involves lifts from the ground:

A. Hang power snatch 5×5 up to 65 kg
B. 40 assault bike
30 kb swings at 24 kg
30 db snatches at 25 kg
40 assault bike calories
Time: 7.36

Felt pretty good and pushed the pace on the last AB
