Late night session yesterday: A) 5 sets of 2 back squats @73×1. In kgs: 100, 105, 110, 115, 120 B1) AMRAP 5′: 15 BFBurpees + 21 power cleans 155 lbs + 27 cal bike. Completed 20 cals 5′ rest B2) AMRAP 5′: 15 BFBurpees + 21 power cleans 135 lbs + 27 cal bike. Completed 14 cals 5′ rest B3) AMRAP 5′: 15 BFBurpees + 21 power cleans 115 lbs + 27 cal bike.
