* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

I was pleased with this. Wall walks are not a friend of mine, but I worked through it.

Tuesday’s workout
Bench press four sets of 7 at tempo at 165 lbs

Metcon
Done with rower cals
15 T2B
12 strict ring dips
15 pushups.
