Against a 3-minute running clock:
Row 500 Meters
Push-Ups x Max Reps

Rest 3 minutes, and perform a total of four sets; note reps achieved in each set.

I did
And it’s still lingering.
My husband started at invictus this week.
I can’t wait to join him in June 🙂
