Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1: Muscle-Ups x Max Reps in 45 seconds
(OR 3 Rolls to Candlestick + Low Ring Muscle Up Progression x 3-4 reps)
Station 2: Handstand Walk x 10 meters
(use partner assist or Handstand Wall Runs if you don’t have handstand walks yet)
Station 3: Alternating Pistols x 16-20 reps
(if you’re proficient, add weight with a kettlebell)

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes (6 sets of each):
Minute 1 – 15/10 Calories of Assault Bike (or 200/150 Meters of Rowing)
Minute 2 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Minute 3 – 10 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Minute 4 – 12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

A. Roll to candlestick + low ring progression. (Did 3 candlesticks for every low ring prog. ) x 4 reps HS wall runs. – found a way that doesn’t make me feel like I am going to topple over any second. Kept my hands a bit further from the wall and swayed my body from hand to hand so I had a rhythm. (Keeping everything tight of course.) 22, 26, 28 shoulder taps. Pistols with 10# weight. B. As Rx, compete…..holy hell this hurt. I finished 45 minutes ago and I can still taste bile. Finished each movement in ~25-30 sec except for rowing.

A1: 3 strict c2b + 3 ring dips
A2: 3 wall walks
A3: 16 pistols

Part B
Last time we did this one (scaled) I really struggled to keep up with the timer. This time it felt more comfortable although I scaled c2bs slightly differently. Objective was 30s work/rest

B1: 10 burpees
B2: 15 kbs at 24kg
B3: 10 thrusters at 30kg
B4: 5 strict pull ups

B. Wow. Maybe it’s just Monday but congrats anyone that can complete all of this RX. Struggle through everything, but only got 10 to 12 cal on the bike after the first round

Thanks! My crossfit was closed. Mostly exercises were divided: Strength and WOD. For example: A) Deadlift 4×3 STRENGTH AT 80% 1RM B) WOD 21-15-9 thrusters, Pull-Ups.
