Stretching, Mobility, and Worked on synchronized WB, Kb swings, and T2B w/ my wife. They were fairly easy, but I’m sure all that will change under fatigue. Finished with an easy 50cal on the AB. I’ll be sure to post an update on how we do tomorrow.

I also finally got a sled and a climbing rope. Looking forward to integrating those with my sandbag and weighted vest workouts on the weekends!

AB warm up rev Tabatha – 30.6 cals (2 Cal PR)
18.5 Redo – RX – 84 reps ( 2 reps more than the open)
Thrusters – UB until round of 15 (9/6)
C2B – all quick(ish) singles
***Pleased with this score…but mostly because I wasn’t feeling very strong in my WU sets… thrusters felt heavy and C2B were a struggle. But it sorta came together…so I’ll take it!
Will hit the Friday Challenge tomorrow…my shoulders weren’t having that after 18.5
