I’m curious as the performance blog puts up a workout six days a week?? We only have Sunday to recover or should we take a Wednesday or a Thursday off?

I find that if I don’t do much besides ROMWOD on Sunday’s I struggle falling asleep Sunday nights. Is there anything you recommend I do on Sunday’s to help me get a good nights sleep without effecting the weeks training?

I work on my weaknesses or I take a rest day to test my limit on certain movements. Example Max reps of KBS, so I know during a wod that involves them, how far I can go unbroken.

This is just my suggestion. It works for me.

No TV or cell phone, anything that is artificially lighted besides maybe some indoor lights before you go to bed. Give it about an hour or two of that. I believe CJ talks about this topic in some of his lectures.
