Did this solo so I split the reps/distance in half…

Airdyne (4 min at above 50 rpm)
25 Power Cleans (70# sandbag)
38 Pull-Ups
50 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24 inch box)
38 Pull-Ups
25 Power Cleans (70# sandbag)
Airdyne (4 min at above 50 rpm)

Wow. That. Was. Tough. Felt terrible in the best possible way. Last stint on the Airdyne was torture. Felt like the bike was mocking me.

That was a tough one!! 45:10 with Greg. Used 95 lbs for power clean and purple band for pull ups. Rest was Rx.
