A.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets) of:
Clean x 1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)

Suggested loading per set (by %): 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 90, 90, 90+

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Ground to Overhead (185/135 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Today was the first day in a while I felt close to 100% so still backed it off a bit,
A. 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 175
B. 2 rounds scaled to 155

Playing catchup…
A. Cleans to 220 (235 1RM)
B. Scratch. Tested at 185 and did not go well. Scaled to 155 and hit rd 2 quickly, but had no pop left in my push press/jerk. Felt weird, called it.
Did a quick 5 x 5 of press at 135, followed by some light handstand/ring work.

A. Worked up to 285. Feels like I haven’t been cleaning enough, timing felt off.
B. Rx Ground to overhead, subbed 185 bent over rows for pull-ups (pull-up bar was full) 2 rounds +5.

Warmup: – Airdyne 1 minute (just snagged this bad boy off craigslist for $75!) – DU practice – Mobility (shoulder/hip/glute) – XOS (Activation) A: Subbed Sandbag shoulders – Based on (projected) 200 LB 1RM // 121, 129, 141, 153, 165, 169, 169, 183, 183, 188 (failed first attempt, only got one)…I need to get an actual 1RM on the major lifts some time soon. A. 135,150,165,180,195,210,210,225,225,235.
My 1RM was 235, so that felt good.
B. 2 rds Rx. Probably should have dropped the weight a little…

A. Worked up to 225. First 225 was good second lift was shaky at best
B. 2+18. I really wanted 3 but C2B slowed me as well as 185#. But no rips, not injured, here to edit another day!!!

A. 105/115/125/135/145/155/165/165/175/175 (did strict pull-ups x 5 in that same 2 min timeframe with a blue band)

B: 135lb G2OH & blue band for C2B
3+ 3

I with Mads. C2B were brutal. I was gassed.

A. Wendler deadlift – 5×20 ab work in between sets
B. 3+1 @155lb / C2B was Rx / Wanted to drop weight to keep the integrity of the workout in tact!
