Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Just did cleans and then jerks from the blocks. Still muscle cleaning. Need to fix this… Jerks felt very strong today.

Did a competition yesterday. Team of 4, all invictus trained. A. 3 rounds 1:00 min at each, accumulate reps at 20″ box jumps 40/35/35, 75lb PP 50/40/33, Burpees pate jump 10/6/6 plan Was to scale Burpees and make it up on PP), OHS @ 75lbs 25/21/19, rest 1:00 B. 5:00 AMRAP 135 snatches MM – two Scores. First 30 and total reps. :58 seconds – 96 reps. I muscle snatched my 15 in :26 seconds. 5s the rest of the way out. Rest 2:00 3:00 ME DUs. Once you break 5 HR push up and switch partners.
