5 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
Station 3-
300 Meter Run w/Med Ball
Teammates can only rotate after the running partner returns. Record total rounds and reps per station.

Did this solo with a 15kg vest. 17 stations. 24kg KB instead of a DB.
After 20 minutes just standing still with the vest on was challenging.
I’m off to eat a medium sized animal..
