Rest 2-3 minutes
Build over the course of the six sets.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Overhead Squats (135/95 lbs)
7 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
7 Toes to Bar

A. E3MOM 95/105/115/125/135, stopped after 5 with some shoulder pain.
B. As Rx, 3 rds in 5:28. Dropped my first OHS of the fourth rd and stopped there. Shoulders felt smoked and didn’t want to wind up in poor position.
A) 95 or 115 for all sets. Still sore from Sage.
B) 5 rounds @ 95 was able to move through with not much sucking wind between movements so it felt good.

Attempted 195. Failed the 2nd rep (mid thigh). Having stability issues in the left shoulder so did not attempt again.

Stayed at 95 or 115 for all sets, wanted to catch lower than I normally do (which is not low at all)
B) Just kept a slow pace today to do sections unbroken and focus on good technique. Did 4 full rounds, but went about 20 seconds overtime to finish.

C. Yesterday’s hollow holds. 3 x 60s. Fun.

Started this but am afraid to say I gave up. Not feeling it today!!!
Did the 6 x 3 position snatch but only at 35kg as just wasn’t working for me. Attempted the 45kg OHS but after the 5th my wrists were screaming at me, dropped it to 40kg but still not happening today. Poo.
