A. Bryan – 180#, 185# x 2, 190# x 2 all x 5 reps/set.
B. Bryan (35# db’s) – 10:45. Christy (20# db’s) – 11:07.

A. 135, 145, 165, 175, 185 – last two reps got pretty sketchy. Had to push pretty hard on the last rep.

B. 8:57 – lunges with 16kg KB
2 rounds UB on DU tripped once on the first round.
2 rounds UB KB lunges, 20-10
V ups broke once every round

B. 11:43 w 53 and 34 KBs (dont have any KB pairs). Just couldn’t get DU working for me which not typically a problem.

Left pre patella buses is been pushed all week so stayed super light. Body felt like it was a rest day but I pushed anyways… so super frustrating workout

Lost 315 mentally. I think I have it but it’s still a good lift for me.

B. 10:39
Used a 50lb dumbbell and 24kg KB for 1st 2 rds but right hand grip was getting a little sketchy so switched to 115lb barbell back rack reverse lunge for rd 3.

Thanks! I need to work on my depth though I think. I’m hitting parallel but don’t think I’m getting below at the higher percentages of weight. Feels like it’s mostly a mind game.

Squat x5 275, 320, 345,365,375 ( was feeling dizzy had to rerack after 3rd rep take 30sec and complete the other 2)

I was feeling weak after that and took 20:50 with 125 barbell for lunges

B. 12:14. Forgot my jump rope at home and had to use the gym one. Which was leather and too short for me. Went to 80 singles for 2nd & 3rd rd. Used 40# DBs.

Trying to get butt almost to ground. Used weight belt last 2 rounds. Made a HUGE difference. I’ve been avoiding it to keep my core strong but next time I attempt a PR with back squat I’m definitely going to use this.

B. 16:06. 40lb db. Perfect weight for me

I’m with you, David. Any time I get around the 200+ mark on squats I belt up. Especially since the herniated disc.
