Three sets of:
Front Squat x 8-10 reps @ 3011
Rest 60 seconds
Russian Step-Ups x 10 reps each leg
Rest 60 seconds
Double-Under Practice x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges
20 Sit-Ups

    A: used 135lbs – Back is still feeling stiff but so glad I can use that weight 🙂
    used 35lbs DB’s for step ups
    About 90 double unders per round… Arms were smoked

    7.5 rounds… abs were toast/slowing me down and my butt now has more rashes from me scooting around the room, lmao!
