My 10 year old had buddies spend the night last night. Did my recovery while I set them up an obsticle course to be completed in RFT and hung rings from a tree and let the boys tackle muscle ups and/or general screwing around using the rings to climb trees and then swing like Tarzan down from the tall branches 🙂 Good recovery day for the soul!
