Yesterday’s WOD…thinking it would be a fun day Sunday one…NOT…so deceiving!!! B. OT90S for 6 min – C&J 1.1: w/ 195
C. OT2.5m for 15 min – Back Squat: 225×5, 250×3, 285×1, 265×3, 245×5, 225×8
… felt better than last week – have a good weekend folks.
