In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time*, complete:
100 Kettlebell Swings
400 Meter Run
100 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead
400 Meter Run
100 Goblet Squats
400 Meter Run
100 Burpees
*Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach.

did a beach workout today with a group of friends it was 10 rounds for time with a partner (one partner does a round while the other partner rests) Each partner completes 10 rounds.
10 burpees (sand in the face burpees)
10 KB alt one arm thruster
100 m sprint.
It was fun but the burpees in the sand are not my favorite haha

That seems legit to me and you were still able to do sets of 10+! Since you’re so strong…you might try 55# next time. Nice work!

W/ my son and his friend they partnered I was individual: my time 20:05 there time 23:45 split all reps in half except running and added two RDs of 500 m row

STO (115/65) barbell no dumbells

500 m row
50 burpees this hurt!!
