Workout of the Day
In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, complete:
100 Burpees
100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead
100 Box Jump Overs
Teammates may partition reps however they’d like, but the non-working partner must be in the designated resting position in order for the reps to count torwards their total. Designated resting positions:
Burpees – Dumbbells extended overhead
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead – Hanging from a Pull-Up Bar
Box Jump Overs – Plank from Elbows
Solo: 14:35 with 2 30# dumbbells and 24″ box.
Did the Spartan Race here in Hawaii today. Although I’m not on the best cardio shape I’ve ever been in, the routines and programming here made the race quite enjoyable.

By partition, do you mean they can break them up similar to a Murph partition? For example, the teammate can do 10 burpees, 10 g20h, 10 box jump overs then rotate? (the other partner will be in the authorized rest position for each station). Or does it have to be straight through, all the burpees, then g2oh, then box jump overs?
I would assume straight through…just seems overly confusing like murph bc of the different “rest” positions.
Do it as a chipper i.e. straight through but you can divide the reps amongst the partners as you see fit.
Hey Michele, when I initially read DB G2OH I was thinking clean and jerk/push press. Is it meant to be a single arm DB snatch alternating arms?
It could be either – your choice!
