5 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

Done with wife as Rx plus she used 16# wall ball: 10 rds + 10 reps…everything unbroken until last set of wallballs 12/8.

My husband and I did this together. 9 rounds + 15 reps. I did 85 on the cleans but all else was Rx. It was fun to do a WOD together!

Today was the first time I did all of my wallball sets unbroken. Finally broke through that mental barrier. That was the only thing that mattered to me today ?

I did the first set unbroken then did 10/10 on all the rest. Coming off the burpees already had me gassed.

Low energy today so only did squat cycle and dip work:
Every :90 for 24 minutes I alternated squats and dips.
BS – 10 @ 125, 8 @ 145, 8 @ 155, 8 @ 165
FS – 5 @ 100, 5 @ 105, 5 @ 115, 5 @ 115
Dips – alternate 3 on skinniest band and 3 on with feet on 20″ box.

Left groin started to hurt so stopped…had right hernia surgery already and don’t want to repeat on the left

B. Took it easy and did 115# hang power snatch
