A. Bryan and Christy (135#/75#) – 8 rds + 5 power cleans, + 1 burpee over the barbell.
Done with wife as Rx plus she used 16# wall ball: 10 rds + 10 reps…everything unbroken until last set of wallballs 12/8.
My husband and I did this together. 9 rounds + 15 reps. I did 85 on the cleans but all else was Rx. It was fun to do a WOD together!

Today was the first time I did all of my wallball sets unbroken. Finally broke through that mental barrier. That was the only thing that mattered to me today ?
I did the first set unbroken then did 10/10 on all the rest. Coming off the burpees already had me gassed.
It totally did! I really had to commit to make the 20 on the last 2 rds, phewww!

Every :90 for 24 minutes I alternated squats and dips.

Left groin started to hurt so stopped…had right hernia surgery already and don’t want to repeat on the left

No but I kinda felt like it, especially after doing that partner wod first, lol

The partner is resting while the other works so you have yourself an interval workout and a cheerleader!
Notes for today’s workout:
If you are going at this alone, you could attack this a couple ways.
1) Complete a round AQAP then rest that same amount of time before going again.
2) Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 sets) complete one round, rest the remainder of the 2 minutes.
3) If you want to go straight through with no rest then shoot for a 10-12 minute AMRAP.
If you’re not comfortable doing Olympic lifting for time then sub 10 kettlebell swings instead of the power cleans.
